What you agree to when you buy tickets from Showvera.
Using this site
These terms apply when you use this site or buy tickets from Showvera (“we”). By buying a ticket you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.
Prices and payment
The price of a ticket includes GST where it applies. Any fee we add on top is shown by name before you pay, and the total you see is the total you pay.
Payment is taken by our payment gateway, such as Razorpay, and goes to us. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Holding tickets while you pay
When you add tickets to your cart we hold them for about 10 minutes. If you have not paid by then, they go back on sale.
Your order is confirmed only when your payment is confirmed, and your tickets are issued at that moment.
Your tickets
Each ticket admits one person and carries a QR code. No name is printed on it.
The first scan at the gate admits the person holding it, and any later scan of the same ticket is refused, so a printout or a screenshot does not make a second ticket. Please do not post your passes publicly. We cannot admit someone whose ticket has already been used.
Cancellations and refunds
Unless the event page says otherwise, tickets cannot be cancelled by you and are not refundable.
If we cancel an event, we will tell you on the mobile number you gave us. Please then contact us about getting back what you paid.
Changes to an event
Dates, times, venues and line-ups can change. If they do, we will tell you on the mobile number you gave us. Your tickets stay valid for the event as changed. If the change does not suit you, please contact us.
Entry
The event page lists the rules for entry, including what you may not bring. We may refuse entry, without a refund, to anyone who breaks those rules or puts other people at risk.
Personal use
Tickets are sold for your own use. We do not offer resale or transfers, and buying tickets to resell them is not allowed.
Our responsibility
We take care to run this site and our events as described, but we cannot promise the site will always be available. As far as the law allows, our responsibility to you for a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
